Polio Campaigns Launched In Southern Sudan

22 February 2011 – (Juba) – A four-day polio immunization campaign aimed at keeping southern Sudan polio-free has been launched in southern Sudan on Tuesday.

Thousands of vaccination teams will spread across southern Sudan and administer the two drops of the Polio vaccine to all children under age of five.
