[Sebit Elia Sabon]: “I would like to urge in special way those governors who have not yet taken decisions to transport their people from the north back to the south, that please and please know that those who have tied their things will continue to have their things tied like that until the resurrection day. They would not untie them unless they found themselves in the south. As such, I am saying these governors must by all means and if possible they should organize public gatherings at the level of the state and mobilize people for collecting the money.”
