Athlete Abubakr Kaki is set for his last race in the Diamond League Series which will be the Herculis meeting in Monaco on Thursday evening in France.

The Monaco race will be the last for Kaki and other African athletes as they will start training and preparing for the African Senior Athletic Championship beginning next Wednesday in Nairobi.

Meanwhile, in football news, the Kenyan National youth team will arrive in Khartoum on Thursday evening to play against Sudan in their Africa Youth Championships first leg qualifier.

The match will take place in Al-Merriekh’s stadium on Saturday evening.
In other news; Al-Merriekh defeated Caps United of Zimbabwe 3-2 in a friendly match played on Tuesday in Khartoum, while in another friendly in Eritrea Ahli Khartoum lost their game against the junior football team of Eritrea 2-1 on Wednesday.
