Athlete Abubakr Kaki has won another 800 meter race this time in the Diamond League Series meeting in Monaco on Thursday.

Boaz Lalang of Kenya came second, while the South African Mbulaeni Mulaudzi finished third.

Kaki will travel back to Khartoum on Saturday before going to Kenya for the African Senior Athletic Championship beginning next Wednesday in Nairobi.

In other sporting news; the youth football teams of Sudan and Kenya are preparing for their Saturday clash in Omdurman.

The two teams will meet in Al-Merriekh’s stadium for their Africa Youth Championships first leg qualifier.
